Custom Products

All blinds and curtains manufactured by Thimyxolaz are custom-made based on your provided measurements, material selections, and design preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, standard return policies do not apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defect: If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
• Incorrect Order: If we made an error in your order (wrong size, color, or style), we will correct it free of charge.
• Damaged During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom products made to your exact specifications
• Products that have been installed or modified
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Return Process

If you believe your product qualifies for return under this policy:

4. Wait for our approval before returning the product

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Warranty

All custom blinds and curtains come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Accidental damage
• Modifications made by the customer
